Illegally traded dinosaur fossils, including the Tarbosaurus bataar, have been brought back to their homeland from France.

Rare paleontological artifacts illegally smuggled from Mongolia, including a relatively intact Tarbosaurus skeleton with more than 50 percent completeness and 28 sets of dinosaur fossils, have been successfully returned from the French Republic.

This process lasted for 13 years, and as a result of close cooperation between the state institutions responsible for protecting Mongolia's cultural heritage and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Mongolia, the court dispute was finally resolved, and today, on June 11, the artifacts are being fully received back home.
