“Choijin Lama Church Museum” - Summer Opening Program Is Beginning.

Choijin Lama Temple Museum will switch to "SUMMER HOURS" from May 15 to September 15, 2026 and will be open to citizens, the public, children, youth, foreign and domestic tourists, and distinguished guests every day from 09:00 to 18:00.
International Museum Day, celebrated annually on May 18, will be celebrated in 2026 under the theme "Museums Uniting a Divided World", highlighting the role of museums in bridging social, cultural and geopolitical divides, fostering mutual respect and understanding, and strengthening peace through inclusiveness.
CHOIJIN LAMA CHURCH MUSEUM SUMMER OPENING PROGRAM
"In anticipation of International Museum Day, the "CHOIJIN FESTIVAL" museum's integrated cultural and educational program, which is being organized for the first time by the museum community, will be opened with the "FAMILY THAT LOVES HERITAGE AND CULTURE" event.
The cultural development program of the museum "FAMILY WITH HERITAGE AND CULTURE" will be organized on 15.05.2026 between 11:00-16:30 on the occasion of the International Day of Families, with the support of the Governor of Sukhbaatar District of the capital and his Office.
The “CHOIJIN FESTIVAL” museum’s integrated cultural education program is organized in collaboration with the Mongolian Ethnic Folk Musicians Association, and is ready to serve you with a comprehensive program including folk art performances by inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, Mongolian traditional musical meditation “Khugt Khun” melody meditation program, cultural education “Soul Education” presentations and lectures for families and children and youth, morning peaceful “Sun Worship” and evening relaxation “Moon Prayer”.
